About Threadiant
Who we are, and why we built this
Threadiant comes from two careers spent watching good plans go quiet, from two different seats: one building the structure firms run on, one building the habits people actually keep.
The problem we kept living
Most firms are not short on strategy. Leadership sets priorities at a well-run offsite, writes them up, and means every word. What goes missing is the sight line. The plan lives in a deck that resurfaces at leadership meetings. Each department keeps its goals in its own spreadsheet. Teams plan in a third tool, and the week's actual work lives wherever each person happens to track it.
By the time work reaches someone's week, the thread back to the plan is gone. Leadership has no reliable way to see whether daily execution is adding up to the priorities they set, so a stall surfaces months late, after a small correction has already grown into a miss. And client work is not the villain. Client deadlines arrive with someone who calls when they slip. The firm's own plan has nobody like that, so it quietly loses the year.
What we set out to change
Threadiant keeps the whole line visible on one thread: the firm's bets, each department's plan, and the weekly goals a person writes on an ordinary Tuesday. Work stays tied to the priority it serves, so leadership can watch a bet move without asking anyone to assemble a status deck, and can see across departments where a priority is shared, not just down through each one alone.
The same thread works in the other direction. Everyone can see how their own week connects to the firm's plan, so the work stops feeling like a checklist and starts feeling like progress they can point to. And because the record assembles itself as the weeks are filed, one-to-ones walk in prepped, and reviews are grounded in what actually happened rather than in what anyone can recall.
We didn't invent the rhythm underneath any of this. Growth companies have run it for decades under names like the Rockefeller Habits, and it works when it is actually kept. Threadiant is how a firm keeps it.
The founders
From opposite sides of the same gap
Shivatmika Nigam
Co-founder
Shivatmika is a global legal executive with more than twelve years leading commercial legal and M&A work at the intersection of technology and enterprise contracting. She has spent her career building the processes, teams, and automation that keep complex organizations running smoothly. That discipline is Threadiant's spine: strategy turned into clear, trackable structure.
Swapnil Gyani
Co-founder
Swapnil is a people and learning leader with more than twenty years building leadership development, competency frameworks, and people-operations systems for global organizations. His work has centered on translating company values and strategy into the habits of an ordinary week. That is exactly the gap Threadiant closes.
Legal and operational rigor on one side, people and culture craft on the other, and one shared belief: when strategy is visible at every level, people do their best work.

The fastest way to know us is the product itself. The guided tour runs on a complete fictional firm with a year of history, plan to week to review, on one thread.
