Pricing

One plan. Everything in it.

$ 15

per person, per month

Monthly or annual, same price. A person is someone with a Threadiant login.

That is the number on your invoice. There is no minimum to clear first, no add-on you will need later, and no tier holding back the part you came for.

What's in it

The plan, the people, and the rhythm between them.

Buying all of this today usually takes two tools: one for the plan, one for the people. Two invoices, two logins, and the plan still never reaches the week.

The plan half

  • Your firm's bets, the outcomes under them, and every rock and target that ladders up.
  • Live progress on each bet, rolled up from the weekly check-ins.
  • The work split: strategic, run-the-business and ad hoc, as a live ratio.
  • Momentum, so a stalling target surfaces in weeks.

The people half

  • Performance goals and reviews, assembled from the year's real record.
  • 360 feedback: peer feedback attributed, upward feedback anonymous.
  • Weekly check-ins, weekly goals, and the two-question wellbeing pulse.
  • Notes captured in the moment, and recognition that lands on the person's report.

And the seam between them

  • The meeting rhythm, from the daily check-in up to the horizon jam.
  • Every one-to-one and tactical prepped from real data before you walk in.
  • Single sign-on, at no extra charge.
  • The mobile app, calendar sync, exports, and your own isolated instance.

What's not on the invoice

The four places a price usually stops being the price

No minimum

A firm of eight pays for eight. There is no floor to clear and no seat count you have to reach before the rate applies.

No add-ons

Reviews, the plan, the rhythm and the pulse are one product, not four line items that arrive later at their own prices.

No tiers

There is one version of Threadiant and every firm gets all of it. Nothing you need is kept one plan above the one you're on.

No lock-in

Monthly or annual at the same rate, so annual is an invoicing choice and not a trap. Your data exports whenever you ask for it.

Caveat emptor belongs in contract law, not on a pricing page.

Bring your actual plan

Book a call and we'll walk your plan through Threadiant together, then set up your instance using the words your firm already uses for this work. Prefer to look first? The guided tour runs on a complete fictional firm, open to wander as anyone, with no signup.
