What this website collects

The contact and signup forms ask for what they show: your name, your work email, your firm's name, and, if you start a firm, the web address you choose and any note you leave.

We use those answers to reply to you, to send the verification link you requested, and to set up your instance. Nothing else is collected behind the scenes.

Cookies

This site sets only the cookies it needs to keep forms secure and signed-in sessions working. There are no analytics cookies, no advertising trackers, and no third-party scripts on any page.

Where your firm's data lives

Every customer firm runs in its own Threadiant instance with its own database. Your data is never pooled with another firm's. Exports are built in, and so is the right to erasure: when someone must be removed, their data is anonymized or deleted rather than quietly kept.

What your people can trust

Inside a firm's instance, the weekly wellbeing pulse is part of a person's weekly report. It is visible to the people who can see that report, their managers up the reporting line and HR, and it never feeds performance ratings. Upward feedback is anonymous because the link between author and answer is severed in the database, not hidden behind a setting.

The guided tour

The public guided tour is a complete fictional firm. Nothing in it describes a real person, exploring it sets only a session cookie, and the tour resets itself. Please don't enter real personal data there.

Email

We send email only when you ask us to: a verification link, or a reply to your message. We never sell your address, and we share it with no one beyond the service that delivers the mail.

Changes

If this page changes, the change will be visible here. We won't quietly weaken it.
