What these terms cover

These terms cover this website, the public guided tour, and the Threadiant instances we set up for customer firms. Using any of them means you accept these terms.

The guided tour

The guided tour is a complete fictional firm, provided so you can evaluate Threadiant as anyone. Don't enter real personal data there, and don't probe it for weaknesses without asking us first.

Your instance

Starting a firm creates a private instance for your organization. Your firm is responsible for what it puts there, and the data stays yours: exports are built in, and if you leave, you take your data with you.

Acceptable use

No unlawful content, no attempts to reach another firm's instance, and no security testing without our written go-ahead.

The service

Threadiant is under active development. We work to keep it available and correct, but it is provided as is, without warranties, and our liability is limited to what you have paid us for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced to customer firms, not slipped in.
